Accelerate document processing with AI
When business information lives in a document, it can be very hard to recover the value of that data and incorporate it into digital workflows.
Some processes still require documents because there are no digital alternatives like identity documents. Others still use scans of paper documents like receipts, invoices, or cheques. There are also all the legacy reasons when a document is the output of another process such as laboratory analysis or insurance underwriting.
To realize value, documents need to be digitized, leading to manual data extraction and introducing human error.
Overview
Document Intelligence transforms digital documents into value for your workflows.
Document Intelligence drives process efficiency to allow agents to focus on solving problems. It reduces manual data entry and typing errors while providing fast time to value.
Classify any type of document and extract data from structured and semi-structured documents for any industry use case. It scales as your business processes change over time, thanks to state-of-the-art continuously learning AI. Leverage these Now Platform capabilities for faster ROI without compromising security. |

Key highlights
- Low-code: Define your use cases with a low-code guided setup. Agents begin teaching the AI through the autocomplete feature.
- Quick value realization: Ability to quickly and effectively process documents that can’t be automated, with zero historical data, offering quantifiable time savings from Day 1.
- The application gets better and better: Recommendations improve over time, increasing the amount of work performed by AI and the number of daily documents processed by each user.
- Delightful User Experience: Easy to use for nontechnical and line-of-business knowledge workers.
