Now Assist enhances the ServiceNow platform by unlocking new functionality through domain-specific LLMs. These LLMs are trained on domain specific data, trained and tailored for ServiceNow's ecosystem.

We'll also explore how the ServiceNow Generative AI Controller provides 'spokes' for integrating AI capabilities and discuss how you can use these integrations to build out even more functionality on the ServiceNow platform.
