Articles are opening in the backend form view in escportal

Hi,

 

Knowledge articles when searched with number in the esc portal are opening in the backend form view (that is id=form)whereas the expected behavior is different.

It is working fine and was opening as frontend view when searched with the short description of the article.

 

AI search is enabled in our instance.

adding "Exact match =flase" to the typeahead widget also did not solve the issue.Reverting the typeahead widget to OOB and when searched for the number in portal is redirecting to the kb view.

 

Any suggestions?

 

where is this configured in the widget,..like on search of articles with number ,the page it redirects to?

Please review KB0966624: Service Portal - AI Search results redirecting to incorrect view. You need to be logged into the ServiceNow Support portal to view this article.

I'm logged in and cannot view this article. Repeating the instructions and telling people to "sign up" is not helpful. If you have the answer, why not just provide it instead of hiding it behind a walled garden?
