Vulnerability Assignment Recommendations uses ServiceNow® Predictive Intelligence and machine learning to recommend assignment groups for vulnerable items (VIs) and remediation tasks (VULs, or RTs). You can reduce the time that you spend on identifying the owners for unassigned or incorrectly assigned vulnerability findings. Also, you can see a system-generated confidence score that evaluates if the recommended assignment group is suited to resolve the vulnerability.
