If a URL is embedded in a KA thats set up as a search source attached to a search profile, is Now Assist able to retrieve the URL from the document in the result or will to only retrieve the document?
We enabled AI search.When a user searches for Concur or Workday, it returns a document we created with a link to those systems. Can we just return the link instead of the document, so its one click for the end user instead of two clicks
