ESC portal search task records Redirection happening to native UI

Hi,
When searching on the ESC search box for any incident/request/requested item it shows the exact match search but when click on that it is redirecting to native UI . It should viewed on the same portal.
Could anyone help to fix the issue.

Hello @Rahuldoon ,
- Open Esc portal record
- Under search sources ,Select the search source which is redirecting to native UI
- In search page template , make sure the target link is ?id=form&sys_id={{item.sys_id}}&table={{item.table}}
