I have an instance on Australia with subscription to ITSM Prime. How do I enableAI specialists as part of Autonomous workforce

As per this blog:

Download the “L1 Service Desk AI Specialist” from the ServiceNow Store. Then configure its permissions, confidence threshold, and escalation rules to your human agents through your ITSM Prime subscription settings. Finally, use the ServiceNow AI Control Tower interface to orchestrate, secure, and monitor the autonomous actions of your new virtual team member.

Hi
L1 Service Desk AI Specialist” is not available on store.
We have all plugins related to now assist but i cant locate Specialists
Any Idea what am I missing?

Hi,
Make sure your user has the sn_aia_admin role. Without this role, even as a standard system administrator (admin), you may not see all the options related to Agent-based AI in the console.
