Hi All,
I’m unable to find the “Set Your Preferences” tab in the Task Intelligence Admin console, and because of this I cannot configure the run model in background only option for the OOTB Incident Categorization model. Is this expected behavior, or are there specific prerequisites or limitations for Incident Categorization in Task Intelligence?

I followed the Quick Start Guide to enable Task Intelligence for ITSM, and I could not find any reference to the visibility or configuration of the “Set Your Preferences” tab. The guide explains the settings available within this tab but does not mention any prerequisites or conditions required for the tab to be visible.
I’m not sure if this behavior is because the setup is being done in a non‑production instance—this is just an assumption at this point. For your information, we are using the Yokohama build, which is compatible with Task Intelligence usage.
Please let me know if you have any insights into why this specific tab is not visible in my instance, or if there are any additional requirements or configurations needed to enable it.
