I am currently learning Predictive Intelligence through ServiceNow University, and I have two questions.
1. When I try to create a Clustering solution and click "Submit & Train", the solution does not train because my instance does not have enough records. It shows a message that the recommended minimum number of records for clustering training is 100.
Yeah, how can I increase my records? In a company, employees can map the production instance records to the development instance or personal PDI. But we don't have a production instance. How can we improve this? How can we add more incidents?
2. On my Predictive Intelligence Home Page
I can see the "Create new solution" option for Classification, but I do not see the option for Regression.
