Incident Assist Activated, yet "There was an error summarising your Incident"

Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Bootcamp


Having enabled the ITSM Assist console and  installed ITSM Incident Assist plugin and activated skills for "Incident Summarization" and  "Resolution Notes Generation", when creating an incident and collaborating on the incident between Beth Allan (Ops Agent) and David Miller (Employee), I receive the error   "There was an error summarising your Incident" .

 

When asking to summarise the process is not working.  I am following the lab guide for the ITSM Implementation Bootcamp - also attached.

Going through the lab now. Exact same issue.

 

Others from my organisation have confirmed that it worked for them though when they did it.

Same thing from the backend.

please check the installed version of the plugin and current version of your instance, and make sure you have configured it correctly. it should be working fine if everything is correct
