I have not been able to find any specific guidance on how to save AI search filters between sessions for when a user is searching the KB. We would like to make it possible for a user to save their filters, so they do not have to reselect them each time they perform a new search.
Would it be feasible to create a new table to save their filters and have these looked up each time a user performs a search?
I would really appreciate any guidance or solutions found for similar problems.
