Hi All,
If a user asks an irrelevant question in Now Assist (AI Search or Virtual Agent), the system responds with generic information along with “Relevant documents and actions.”
Where is this AI agent configured? If we want to provide more meaningful responses, how can we hide or control the AI agent within VA AI steps?
