We have a instance licensed with now assist service. We have installed multiple skillset and it was working fine. unfortunately it isnt working anymore. Not with one skillset, all now assist skillset isnt working, applies to AI agents and now assist results as well.
I checked the AI profile and reconfigured it. I tried to deactivate few skillsets and activated it back. Is there some property or any specific logs to understand what the issue was.
