Hi, we don't support training of Predictive Intelligence on PDI's. When a training request is sent for a PI model we send it to a separate training instance; that request workload is prioritized for production and subproduction instances. My recommendation is to train your models on a subproduction instance. -Lener

Hey @Lener Pacania1 ,
currently on a sub-production instance (dev) and we are trying to train a model we are either getting a Configuration OR Network Error" or a timeout error?
We have enough records a bit more than 10000 but can't seem to train it.
In your other response I saw that this might be related to the data training center, is this the case over here as well?
Thank you

1. Ensure the system property [glide.shared_service_scheduler.url] is be set to "https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/"
2. Ensure the user "sharedservice.worker" is active, and has the correct roles - KB0824818
If the issue persists, raise a case with ServiceNow Support and ask for the case to be assigned to me for further review.
