predictive intelligence is not available in all -naviagation

Hi all.
I have installed all the required plugins for the predictive intelligence and roles Aswell but still i was unable to find the predictive intelligence in my application navigator.
can anyone suggest me the reason for this issue

Example: Suggest similar part requirements for work order tasks
I followed this above one and installed all of them other than this doc also installed all ML and predictive related plugins, still I cant find Predictive Intelligence 

1. Navigate to All > Predictive Intelligence > Similarity > Solution Definitions.

Are you using a PDI?  Most AI-related features are not available on PDIs.
Many courses on ServiceNow University provide temporary instances having the relevant functionality.

Yes, I'm using the PDI, except the predictive intelligence rest all is available in the navigator, also added the required roles Aswell, I want to work on predictive ml, now assist for FSM to show the demo for the clients, what all the possible ways we have, to achieve this.
At least for the demo kind for the instance do we have any short-term instances with all Predictive intelligence and now assist feature PDI s or playgrounds by SNOW.

With PDIs it's likely that the appearance in the UI may seem normal, but on the backend the instance is not connected to certain functions.

Try signing up for a ServiceNow University course related to Predictive Intelligence, and check whether a temporary instance is provided for lab work.
