I implemented the PI similarity definition on Dev Instance. And added the solution to the current updateSet and deployed it to a higher instance.

But I can see Similarity Definition and ML solutions have been moved successfully, but Training REquest Schedules are missing. So do I need to forcefully move the Training Request Schedules to a higher instance?

Or do I need to click on update&retrain again?

When you click on Update & Retrain on the target instance, it will create the Training Request Schedule records.

We would also recommend to manually update & train the solution definition on PROD, as this will train the solution on the latest production data, unless you had cured your data for machine learning. ML training has little impact on the instance, as this is done on our ML Trainers in our data centers.

@Brian Bakker , I have a couple of queries...🙃

1. Why can I not see that agent-assist recommendation like this even though I configured everything and the Prediction score is 100...

2. in what order the predicted case is sorted in the list?

You are misunderstanding the functionality of Recommendations in Agent Assist. The "Propose Major Incident" recommendation in Agent Assist does not list the similar incidents that make up the trend to trigger the recommendation. It just summarizes the trend defined for each Recommendation. Please see the trend definition configuration which will determine when the Recommendation is triggered. The same applies to Major Case Recommendation, for which the configuration is in your first screenshot, however, in your second screenshot, you show Agent Assist on an incident, where it shows the Major Incident Recommendation, so you are editing the incorrect Recommendations based on the Agent Assist screenshot.

I just wanted to share an update with you. Huge help - I was struggling with a task, but You were able to assist me and I think I've made 99% progress. Just wanted to quickly go over some details with you:
