Search Results having cutoff short description for Record Producers

Hi Experts,

We are currently encountering issue for Record Producers, we already have the Field Settings and Mappings like what was suggested on this Solved: Re: AI Search results not displaying the Short des... - ServiceNow Community and the short_description is showing on the Search Result however the text is cutoff.

This is how it looks like, and I check Catalog Item and the short_description is showing properly I have observed that it is only happening to record producers.

Have you changed the naming by any chance? We have had similar issues, but by reindexing the search table it actually resolved the issues for us.

Change the naming of the Indexed source? Or the Field Settings & Mappings?

name of the record producer. If you do any config changes and don't reindex unfortunately it won't reflect in the search results.

I did reindex the tables already, I also reindex specifically for Record Producers but still it is cutoff.
