We recently installed Patch 11 for Yokohama and have used Task Intelligence for a while now.
With the Patch 11, this annoying message appears in the SOW when creating an incident.
The team closes the message, populates the two fields mentioned using the suggested values and the message comes back.
They close the message again, work on filling out the details and the message comes back again, it is a floating message so it appears wherever the team is on the page and gets in the way.
Did we discover a bug or is there a setting to make this message behave and not keep appearing again?
