Help with Business Services Examples

Hi, what examples can you provide on business services that you provide? I am trying to get ideas that will fit our IT department in healthcare especially when used in Change Management and such. I don't know what to call things that server, network, or application team do - I'm trying to keep it simple and small.

Access / Authentication
Desk Phone
Printing and Fax Services
ServiceNow
Email
Kronos / Time clocks
Patient Technology
Computing
Mobile Device
Meditech
Policy Management
Security

I would call the above list as Infrastructure Services.

Business Services would be

Corporate

HR

Finance

Insurance

Re-insurance

IT

Security

I guess this was initially setup wrong for us by our vendor. We have two things; Service Category and Business Service. These drive each other in ServiceNow.

Service Category has 2 items: IT and Decision Support (these are departments)

Business Service has about 20-30 items: like the list above

Is there any information how to properly set this up or best practices?
