Portal Search Results redirecting to Backend Record Producer scripts

Hi, 

I am having a major issue with Portal search in one of my instances, I cant narrow down the root cause. On my UAT works as per design, once you search a specific catalog item, it displays the results and once you clicked, it takes you to the catalog item form to fill in. However, in dev instance, once you clicked in the results form link, it takes you to backend record producer script. Please see the screenshot below where it takes you.

Has anyone had this issue before? Appreciate any recommendations/advises. Thanks

Same here, did you ever get a resolution?

I was told the ECPro store app had a bug, they downloaded the latest version. For me at least that was the issue

 

I was able to fix this issue by adding the "******Service Portal" to the "Service Portal(s)" field in the relevant "AI Search Result Actions"
