A 'best practice" recommendation for the Non-Discoverable CI's

I found this thread as a 'best practice" recommendation for the Non-Discoverable CI's.   I wanted the validate with our team, is there any other approach?  

  1. Flag Field in cmdb_ci
  2. Discovery Source = Manual Entry
