A discovery property not found in PDI/Training demo instance

On this product docuementation page [Discovery classifiers] and on Discovery On Demand course its mentioned that glide.discovery.debug.classification can be set to TRUE to enable "Classification" Phase log information. However this property could not be found on learning demo instance, neither on developer instance. My PDI is on Yokohama. Any idea why is that?

If the property is not present in OOTB instance, you can add the property manually. ServiceNow docs also says the same.
