ACC Not Pulling the Database information

Dear Experts, 

 

I have been working with ACC-V and we are trying to pull in the database information (SQL and Oracle), the patters are getting triggered, but I am seeing failures in the Application logs. with the error. Any help in this regard is really appreciated. 

 

BTW, when I test the credentials from the ServiceNow to a target sever, the authentication is failing and even though I have given the WMI credentials and the MID server credentials admin rights. Also I have checked the connectivity from the MID server to the target host using wmic and it is working as expected.- 

 

Is there anyone who has experienced the same issue? 

 

I have even opened a case with ServiceNow support, still awaiting response.

 

Quick help is appreciated.
