Hello Everyone,
Does any one implemented ACC with Top Down Discovery as part of projects?
We are working with ACC and Service Mapping.
The required setup has been completed, and I followed the video tutorial. In the Agent Discovery view, the application pattern is running successfully. We are also able to retrieve host inventory data along with running processes and TCP connections.
However, we are encountering issues with Service Mapping. When hitting the entry point, the following error is displayed:
“Nmap is not installed on the MID Server. Verify all MIDs configured to handle the selected IP address have the Nmap capability.”
Currently, the MID Server capabilities have not been updated to include Nmap.
Additionally, we are seeing another error:
“Failed to identify CI due to the host 10.XX.XX.XX lacking an application running on port 443. Make sure that the application is running and run a quick discovery on the host.”
However when I enable debug mode with USE ACC Connection in TOP Down mode , I can able to see steps results
The host does have an IIS server listening on port 443.
We have not made any changes to the allow.json list. However, we did update the following system properties to run the pattern in ACC mode:
sn_agent.appl_classification_behavior
sa.topdown.mapping_with_acc_mode → set to 2
