We installed the new "Discovery Admin Workspace" plugin. Although I am an admin and can view everything else regarding Discovery, I see a "You do not have permissions to access this page" message when I view the new workspace. Same thing happens on my PDI when logged in as System Administrator.
I did not find any info in the SN docs nor the SN store page that explains what access is needed to view this workspace. Does anyone know?
The URL that the Workspaces > Discovery Admin Workspace menu points to is: https://<instance>.service-now.com/now/discovery-admin-workspace

I've had a similar issue, even whilst using the admin role.
I would recommend adding the "discovery_admin" role to your user and then it should work.
You may need to log off / relog.

Just to add (teach to fish):
For any given workspace, you can find out who has access by following these steps:
- Login as admin
- Open UI Builder
- Open the relevant experience
- Open the home page and select settings
- Check the audiences section and open the audience records. This will show you which roles are required.
For some reason, it uses explicit role check for discovery_admin or maint. Even the admin role won't pass the buck if you do not explicitly have the role.

It sounds like a permission-related issue that might require specific roles or configurations. Have you checked if additional admin privileges are needed beyond the standard System Administrator role? Sometimes, new plugins introduce role-based restrictions that aren’t well-documented. Also, ensuring Smooth Casting Line compatibility with your setup can help optimize workflow without access barriers. You might want to reach out to ServiceNow support or check if there’s a hidden ACL restricting access.
