Added Attributes AD wont sync on ServiceNow

Hello All,

We have added new attributes on attribute mapping in AD "Company" and "Department" but after adding some users still no company and department sync from AD, what possible issue and solution for this?

are those attributes getting populated in import set table?

If yes then those should get mapped.

Also check if those company and department are present in OOTB table or not.

If the value is not coming in import set table it means those attributes are empty in AD
