My team and I are trying to add selections and fields to the debrief section of a case. Where would I do this? I do not see a debrief view in the form layout and designer. Any help is appreciated! I attached a screenshot of the area I want to add more options to the dropdown.
Is this is the pop-up( UI page) ? As per the screenshot it looks the ui page. If yes, you cannot add the field from form layout in this. You need to find the page and make the modifications in their. To add more options.
