Agent client collector is not showing under systems services after ACC is installed through SCCM

Hi All,

We are implementing ACC discovery throught SCCM.
We deployed ACC agent from SCCM on ALL systems successfuly and they are discovered and reflecting in servicenow, but some systems are not reflecting in servicenow because I observed the ACC is installed on system but its not started/its not showing under systems services. if we installed manually then it will work but not working while we doing through SCCM. Please let me know what should

@ssr99: do you have some installation logs from SCCM on those specific systems? I saw in a few environments some issues with msiexec and the path of the msi itself; it was not specific to ACC msi. From what I remember, the customers did a local copy of the msi and ran msiexec from that directory.
