Agent Collector Advice

Good afternoon

We currently integrate SCCM and Intune via the spokes to enrich our CMDB's. This works ok however is very much dependent on the SCCM Software and Hardware inventory taking place - so data is not always up to date in the CMBD.

Many years ago (over ten) ServiceNow had a client agent called 'Help The Help Desk' which could gather SAM / HAM information.

I believe this has now been replaced with Agent Client Collector - but some have said this is purely for Servers (i.e. monitoring) but just wanted to reach out to the SN community to see how they have this configured - and what it can poll in from end user devices.

Thank you.

@JohnPeck1 because ACC doesn't support ServiceMapping, we are using it only for End User Devices, not for servers.

btw. @Severin Launiau please, what is the Road map for ACC to be able to do Service Mapping? When we can expect this functionality?
