Agentic AI use case- Real Time?

Hello Everyone,

 

these days I am practicing Agentic AI and wanted to know few realtime use cases which actually got implemented by someone to their clients,

 

if anyone have some real-time use cases related to ITSM and also let me know how these use case helpful for customers in day to day operations or on anything related to IT,

@Nitin56  My client didn't implement the Agentic AI but Servicenow provides few OOB AI Agents, which can be used for ITSM.
