How to correlate reopened alerts, for example
let's assume 8 alerts, alert1 is primary remaining all secondary. Now i closed primary alert1 then remaining all are closed. now if I reopen alert8 then alert1 will be a primary one.
if I reopen any alert it should be attached to that primary alert . the relationship needs to continue if we reopen
please suggest best approach
