Alerts and Incidents Not Displaying Correctly in Service Map

Hello Team,
Could someone please help me with an issue I am facing?
I have a Service Map where I want to display alerts and incidents related to the CIs present in that particular Service Map. I can select any CI for testing purposes.
I created events using the "Insert and Stay" option and also configured an Event Rule. However, I am facing the following issues:
When the alert is generated, sometimes the correct CI is not getting bound.
In cases where the CI is correctly bound to the alert, the Incident is not getting created under the Task field in the Alert record.
I would appreciate it if someone could guide me on the correct steps required to ensure alerts and incidents are properly displayed on the Service Map.
For your information, the event source we are using is Dynatrace.
Since I am new to Event Management, any guidance or best practices would be very helpful.
