Hi All,

 

How to know that alerts (em_alert) present in servicenow are pulled by servicenow or pushed by 3rd party tool in servicenow?

You can check the source field on em_alert table to find out the source and then check connector definition to know its a pull by ServiceNow or push from monitoring tools ?
