Anyone else having issues upgrading MID this week with install.service-now.com instabilities?

I seem to be coming across issues patching/upgrading MID server instances this morning with pre-checks failing due to install.service-now.com instance unavailable.  Anyone else having this issue and reported a case to Hi/NowSupport?

ServiceNow Support confirmed that they had issues keeping install.service-now.com available earlier.  This appears to have been resolved now.

We've experienced the same issue over the weekend but it appears to be available again right now.

I believe it is due to the forced upgrades to specific patch levels that ServiceNow did.
With so many customer instances trying to upgrade their mids at relatively the same time it probably made the download servers fall over. We had the same issue. 
Our mid servers have slowly been upgrading.
