Hi All,
We recently upgraded our instance to Australia Patch 2 Hotfix, and we are observing an issue in Service Operations Workspace.
After the upgrade, the following options/icons are no longer visible in Service Operations Workspace:
- Integration Launchpad
- Alert Automation
✅ Before Upgrade
- Both Integration Launchpad and Alert Automation were available and accessible within the workspace
