I've seen a behavior where Service-now MID server needs to have the MIB formed perfectly or it won't load at all. Other programs like NET-SNMP are more accepting of small errors in the MIB.   I'm glad it gives the specific line that is erroring.   More of a comment than a question.

Can you expand more about "SSH Not configured properly on the host"?

Thanks!   Very helpful.   Sorry for all the questions 😮

Awesome! Thanks for all the questions. Also, let us know what topics we can discuss in the next session.

Perhaps one more, if you guys are still monitoring this thread:

Not really troubleshooting, but more along the lines of ease of enhancing SNMP Serial Number gathering.   The way we've added additional serial number locations is to add the additional OID locations in the existing identify probe.   But then, we have to modify the out-of-box sensor to include additional serial numbers since the CI's "main" serial number displayed is whatever serial number gets put into the Serial Number array first.

We've added special MIBS for Riverbed devices as well as Lexmark printers.   Since the serial number we want to display on the CI record is in the private enterprises section, we have to make sure that we look for that serial number first and add it to the array first.   Seems like anything that we pull out of a private enterprises MIB is going to require the heavy modification of the OOB sensor script.

Any other better way to do this?
