We have recently configured Azure cloud discovery in our instance to discover the load balancers and the servers being managed by it. Auto discovery is pulling in all the cloud components and creating relationships among CIs as designed except for the load balancers :: servers.
There is a KB article KB1002469, which state that, ServiceNow cloud discovery will not automatically create relationships between load balancers and servers. However the article is an year old and hasn't been updated since.
Hence thought of checking in with the ITOM experts, if this is by design in Utah release as well, because, the cloud discovery is not pulling the above said relations in our instance.
If that is the case, please let me know if there are any other ways that helps us in creating a relationship for the load balancers with the servers that it manages automatically.
