Hi Experts,

We are working on an AWS cloud billing data job, and we did OOB configuration but receiving below error:

Error occurred while running the script - "AWSCostAndUsageReportProcessor" Detail:Processing failed with error: AWSCSVRecordProcessor :: Daily_Test-00001.csv.gz:: SNRestAPIInvoker:: SNRestAPIInvoker:: SNRestAPIInvoker:: SNRestAPIInvoker:: {"status_code":500,"message":"{\"error\":{\"message\":\"Script Evaluation Exception\",\"detail\":\"Cannot convert com.glide.rest.util.RESTRuntimeException: The payload is not valid JSON. to org.mozilla.javascript.ScriptableObject (sys_ws_operation.0b2fe5e8cb6940108941d796634c9ce2.operation_script; line 10)\"},\"status\":\"failure\"}"}

Hello @Shekhar Navhak1 ,

You may want to check this KB which is relevant to your issue: AWS billing download fails when new line character presents in Tag Value - Error occurred while runn...

This seems to be a known issue with a fix Update Set provided by ServiceNow to correct it.

Thanks For your response @Mateus Oliveira,

This fix we already tried but it does not help us, Do you know if is there any provision to see the log of transaction or payload.

If the Update Set provided in the KB did not solve your issue, I would recommend opening a HI ticket for that. As this is an OOTB functionality and the error in the KB description seems to match what you are experiencing.

For the payload and log transaction, you should indeed be able to get it. Here are steps for troubleshooting it: Cloud Management Troubleshooting - Billing - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com). I hope this helps you.
