AWS ServicemanagementConnector Dashboard

Hi 

 

We recently noticed that our AWS ServiceManagementConnector Dashboard does not show any widgets. 

Can anyone advise on how or where to find these widgets as I have checked in the existing widgets and could not find anything relating to AWS config. Or are there any specific roles we need to be able to see the widgets. Take note that we have been using the dashboard for more than 2 years and suddenly it is not working. We made sure to update to latest version of the plugin, tried repair the application and rolled back to no avail.

 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm 

1. whether user having PA_viewer role

2. As an administrator check and confirm that specific AWS related reports or widgets (of the mentioned dashboard) are shared with the users/ group/role.

  •   In the ServiceNow instance, navigate to the AWS Service Management Connector dashboard.
  • Choose the Share icon and then select Add users, groups, or roles.
  • Add the users, groups, or roles that require access to the dashboard.
