Azure - App registration client secrets expiry warning

We have a number of Azure app registrations configured with a client secret, which will eventually expire and need updating. Is ServiceNow able to discover and report on client secrets in Azure app registrations, so we can be alerted when one is going to expire?

I know it's been more than a year, but did you ever come up with a solution for this?

We haven't configured it yet but the instructions are well explained. It's still on our to-do list.
