Azure Cloud Discovery

all the Subscriptions are not coming form Azure to ServiceNow. All the subscriptions are listed under same management group in azure but still few are not coming by the discovery. Also for few subscription, parent field is coming empty in service account table.

 

what could be the reason for this?

Hi,

 

There is a system property glide.discovery.cdu.auto_refresh_sub_accounts_and_ldcs that controls if sub accounts are updated. Do you have this set to true?

Also check that your service principal have access to each subscription in Azure. Access to the Management group is not enough.
