Azure Unable to discover Cloud Resource for Traffic Manager Profiles in Tokyo

Azure resource inventory pattern unable to discover traffic manager profiles does anyone have this implemented?
I have used https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1273422 KB article however this seems to for OLDer version . adding global region did solved it but in tokyo and above the pattern using location filter and global. followed steps in this kB not working. have service account access to the trafic manager profiles as well.

The CPU scheduling algorithm used by the Traffic manager is the Round Robin algorithm. This schedules the tasks in a serial manner such that each of the tasks gets a certain slot of time allotted to it.

Yes, ServiceNow Pattern Azure Resoruce Inventory discovers those but these are global resoruces in Azure which are not discovering with this pattern. does anyone have any idea or who currently discovering these? and if so waht is soluton . pls share much appreciated.
