SGC for Infoblox

Hi All,

 

On the SGC for Infoblox, we are facing below issues while loading records,

1. IP Pool data source is working fine

2. IP Address data source is giving error message as "Unable to make Infoblox API call". In outbound logs it is showing as 502 error.

 

But both the data source are using same connection with same mid server.

 

Is there any specific roles or access need to be provided by Infoblox team.

Just for testing - From that Given Mid Server try using the same call using POSTMAN. What is the behavior?

Hi Rahul,

THere is no record populated in IP address and Managed network.

 

Is this expected scenario.

So u tried posting data using POSTMAN from Mid Server still no data is getting Inserted?

No I am trying through Infoblox data source by Load all records

 

But the data is not populated in IP address table.
