Best Practice for migrating Tivoli Omnibus Alerts to ServiceNow Event Management

We are needing to retire Tivoli and are replacing it with ServiceNow Event Management; however, we have hundreds, or more, event and alert rules in Omnibus and it is taking too long to migrate to ServiceNow.
Is there a tool or best practice approach to this?
