Did you create a new Configuration Item query using the CMDB Query Builder?
Did you add Incidents from the Non-CMDB Tables tab? Did you connect them to each other? Did you set up filters on each that match the instructions?
Did you save and run the query you created? Did you write the number of records returned into the query's description field?

Hi
You Create a query in the query Builder...After this drag the configuration item table from the cmdb table to the canvas....apply the condition that the owned by field is empty....then drag in the incident table from the non cmdb table...apply the condition, priority is critical....after this connect the two tables. click on ci table and click on the node and then click on the incident table and click on the node....a connection is established....click on save and run..i will ask the starting node is missing...make the configuration item the picking node....the query will successfully run...and 6 records are obtained...enter 6 in the description field and save the query.
Here we have connected a cmdb table to a non cmdb table since between two non cmbd tables connection cannot be established.
