Hello,
We are in the process of evaluating tools to replace our domain level monitoring tools, and I want to confirm if ServiceNow ITOM is a candidate to replace our existing toolset using the agent client collectors and ITOM Enterprise with AI Ops.
I'm hoping the community can provide some clarity and some examples.
