Can Servicenow discovery collect all these info from target host devices:
      - CPU Usage
     - Memory Usage
     - Disk Usage
     - Network Statistics
     - Event Logs
     - Running Processes
And SQL Server Metrics:
     - SQL Server Instance Availability
     - Active Sessions
     - Query Execution Time
     - Deadlocks
     - Locks and Blocks
     - Database Sizes
     - Index Fragmentation
     - SQL Agent Jobs Status

ITOM ACC (agent client collector) has the ability to check the cpu usage, memory usage etc  please refer the below link for more information
