Hello, ServiceNow community and experts
I have a following task that I'm unable to complete - build a Service map for a SAP application.
The application that I'm working with is an addon for SAP NetWeaver Dialog Instance, that is listed as an "out of the box" supported application type.
What is accomplished so far - credentials of required type (linked to SAP endpoint CI) and with required permissions (Rights and permissions required for Service Mapping ) are created and pointed to be used by MID server, that is used for SAP service mapping.
When I'm trying to create an Entrypoint for the service, I'm facing following issue - SAP APP EP entrypoint type identifies only SMDA98 agent and does not proceed any further in map building. In Discovery logs I do not see any errors that would point out to inability to identify further connection points. If I try to create SAP Application server Entrypoint type, I have a handfull of params, that I do can't fill in (HTTPS port, DB SAP type, Dialog port, RFC port). Our SAP support team states that Application server type of Entrypoint should be used, but they can't identify listed params to be filled in.
Does anyone have any experience in building Service maps for SAP applications? Any things I'm missing in the process?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael,
Try with the TCP entry point type, Host: XXXX and Message Server port: 3600
Command: ms.sapXX_DVEBMGS00 pf=/usr/sap/SID/SYS/profile
Thanks
