Can we now use the "CyberArk password vault" with SCCM data sources?

Short answer is no. As noted previously Cyberark is used for discovery (agentless) where the need for credentials when accessing CI's becomes a security concern. SCCM is importing Windows CI data using the information from the (agent) config files installed on all Windows CI's. So you would use the standard SCCM import functionality or the new SCCM Service Graph connector to add data to the CMDB.
