I am currently investigating an issue related to Certificate Discovery in Certificate Inventory and Management scope.
Scenario:
- A CA Discovery Pattern completes successfully.
- A record is created in the Certificate History table [sn_disco_certmgmt_certificate_history].
- However, the Payload field on the History record is empty.
- As a result, no Installed Certificate records are created/updated.
Questions:
Is it expected OOTB behavior for a Certificate History record to be created with an empty payload after a successful CA Discovery Pattern execution? Is there any documentation mention this?
